In case of mistake in writing your name and last name in your reservation, if the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided.
- The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed nor refunded.
- ID mandatory. Each traveler must present a valid ID card or document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance.
- Please note: by purchasing this tour you accept our Terms and Conditions and you are aware that in case of late arrival you will lose your tour and no refund will be given for no show or for late arrival.
- Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider. Please provide your correct phone number and country code.
- Please show up at least 15 minutes before the tour to do the check in.
- There might be a change in order of the itinerary due to security and ticket availability.
- Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check. No visitor can avoid these checks.
- Please make sure you bring comfortable shoes and a refillable plastic water bottle especially during hot weather! In summer time due to the heat the tour might last about 2 hours.
- Near public transportation.
- Normal sized backpacks are permitted, huge backpacks will not be admitted. Not allowed: Pets, weapons or sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol or drugs, sprays or aerosols, glassware, unaccompanied minors, electric wheelchairs.

The amount of time I was able to spend in the Coliseum and ancient ruins after the tour with my 24hr ticket. Well worth it!!!

READ THE FINE PRINT EVERYONE! Their "voucher" states that they can change the tour time and/or cancel at any time for any reason as long as they notify you. We were still traveling when they sent an email about a change in the start time of our tour so I did not receive it. And . . . we could not have possibly arrived at an earlier start time.
Not knowing about this change (again, because we were traveling and then exhausted), my husband followed the voucher instructions to no avail. Afterwards, I discovered an email from the tour operator with the change in time and better information about how to find their guide.
We were so incredibly disappointed, because we only spent a day in Rome and could not see the Colliseum.
Viator has a no refund policy on this tour for a reason. My suggestion is to find another resource.
The guide kept referring...

The guide kept referring to Christ having fallen 14 times during the passion. This is not correct. Christ fell 3 times as recorded in the 14 stations of the cross.
If the guide got something so fundamental wrong then who can trust anything else he told us.
If you are constantly told rubbish the tour has no value since everything else is questionable.
A must see!!!

Laura was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and also made the experience fun. Small additions such as playing gladiator music into our earphones when we entered the arena was a nice touch. Would recommend a tour with Laura 100%.
This was easy to book and we got checked in and set up very quickly when we arrived.
