Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Best cooking class we took! Luca and Alessandro were excellent chefs and guides for our experience. Made ravioli and amatriciana. Best Amatriciana we had the whole time in Rome, I swear! Other group members were all lovely. Hands down one of our most favorite experiences the whole time we visited Rome!
