Recently been on this trip and it was fantastic. We were a group of 7 ladies celebrating a 50th Birthday. Had such a great night. Weather was perfect and such good value for money. Fantastic night had by all.

Brilliant event, the only downside was that the boat didn’t leave on time and my friend and i missed our last train so had to go via a different route meaning we didn’t get home until 2.30am, but it was worth it. We had a really good night. Highly recommend and despite the nightmare getting home we would go again.

Terrible experience with the viator company. My partner and I pre booked several days before the event. We got severely ill and called in the morning of the day of the event to inform the company. They promised us that a refund is possible and then emailed us two days later that we can not get a refund.
We have been juggled on the phone between several workers and asking us for proof that we were sick. We tested positive days after the cancellation and this just shows how this company only cares about making money and cannot handle the safety of other visitors. The company would not even try to reschedule our tickets.
