This was an amazing tour. Eleanor was knowledgeable and had my humor which made the tour even more enjoyable. I loved the special access areas and all the history about the Catacombs.

I thought it was great. They've added a really nice audio tour since I was last there that really enhances the experience.
Tight space!

Jonny was very good. He told stories that helped us better understand the history of the catacombs and he was funny.
Got scammed. The experience was great, staff was unhelpful.

The experience itself was a once in a lifetime and one of the most intense experiences we’ve seen. From the moment we went underground the world shifted and for that, amazing. Everything before going underground was ridiculous and we’re about 99% sure we got scammed. We booked through TripAdvisor and had our tickets on our phones. However it was with a barcode and they wouldn’t accept barcode, it had to be a QR code or else they wouldn’t let us in. They ultimately just charged us an additional 60 euros just to print our tickets. Oh and we paid extra for Skip the Line. Because we didn’t have the printed tickets, they just had us wait anyway. Outside in the pouring rain for 30 minutes. I’m not sure if this is a TripAdvisor thing or a Catacombs thing. But the staff lacked all common sense. We clearly paid, had all the right documents EXCEPT the QR code. We had confirmation numbers, barcoded tickets, emails. Everything. And Skip the Line was money down the drain. Please go to the catacombs but DO NOT book through TripAdvisor!!!
