The tickets itself were very useful and helped us avoid the crazy long line at the Vatican Museum to enter (found out that those who don't book these tickets or tours line up at Vatican Museum at 6am to get tickets when they open at 8am...). Downside is that you are not guaranteed entry for the time you booked. We booked the 8:30am slot but when we went to the tour shop to pick up our tickets we received 10:30am slot. It's not their fault, the Vatican releases few tickets at a time on the day of depending on capacity so the tour shop apparently only knows at 8:30am if they will have tickets at the promised time or not. They sent us an email two days before our date booked asking us to be patient and vaguely stating that we might get a later time than scheduled - all of which is fine, but wish they had been more transparent and direct in their email. The email made it seem we had to be there early otherwise we'd lose our spot - we missed our morning breakfast, spent money on a cab, and showed up at 8am hoping that would make us secure our spot only to realize it wasn't even in their hands. This same confusion was there with lots of folks after us were upset and wanted refunds (which they said they could get) but honestly if you just wait, high chance you'll receive your tickets soon.

Easy purchase, easy pickup with helpful directions upon pickup. One at the entrance it was a very quick experience. We are very happy we bought these tickets

I was under the understanding that we had to pay to enter the Cathedral which was what we wanted in All reality, the skip the line was a disaster and no one to guide us as well as the meeting place was completely disorganized with the wrong address, the address leads to a Motorcycle shop and if we did not ask, we would have still Been standing there waiting, please allow your serviced and the customer a bit more guidance on these types of situations be use we rely on your services for same. VERY DISAPOINTED

Beautiful to see , to many people and tour guides unable to see everything, felt very over crowed .husband had panic attack
