We depart early to beat the crowds and be one of the first groups to arrive at Stonehenge as it opens at 9.30am. We spend 90 minutes at Stonehenge with time to view the monument and explore the exhibition, with full priority admission included. We drive through some beautiful English Countryside, and your story-telling guide will entertain you on the journey. Enjoy 2.5 hours in the Georgian City of Bath, with an optional walking tour and free-time to visit Bath Abbey or any of the attractions of Bath. We are normally in Bath from 12.15pm to 3pm approx. Arrive back in London at 6pm approx.

Stonehenge was beautiful. You can walk around the entire circle, outside of the stones. It is roped off. But totally worth the visit.
Bath was nice, but 3 hours went quickly. Pretty little city. The Roman baths were a bit expensive. Once you pay admission, it is a decent sized museum…not just the baths. Pretty fun. You do this on your own, not with the tour.
Our tour guide was fantastic!! If we knew she was doing another tour, would definitely choose to go. Her name slipped our mind, so sorry, but I believe it was Kate or Katia? Loved her! She was so nice and very accommodating. She gave so many interesting facts while driving through areas and gave us a 20 minute quick info tour in Bath. There was also offered a 40 minute longer tour in Bath that if you choose. Both part of the package.
The bus ride was smooth and had phone charge ports, air, and a bathroom.
Please be on time after each stop. Don’t make a whole bus full of people wait for you. After waiting for inconsiderate latecomers at Stonehenge, who were almost 20 minutes late to the bus, she and the driver extended our time in Bath to make up for it. They didn’t have to do that, but did.

Stonehenge was amazing and we had the place almost to ourselves because we got there at opening. Wow! Bath was also a beautiful location and we had plenty of time to explore and have lunch. Very worthwhile tour!!

Stonehenge was amazing, I am so glad we did not miss this. Bath was so quaint that after our city walking tour, we decided to stay longer and take the train home. Freya was outstanding with knowledge and fun to listen to. We chose this tour specifically because of the time spent in both places. We were the first bus to arrive, and the first to see Stonehenge. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great day trip from London. It was a long day, but well worth every minute.

Wonderful day trip, Freya was an informative and interesting tour guide. She was available all day to chat and answer any questions we had. Rowen did a fantastic job of driving the bus and manoeuvring through the small country lanes. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful - learned a lot on the drive out. This was a very early morning departure, but necessary to beat the crowds at Stonehenge. It poured rain all the way there, but thankfully for us, it stopped when it was time for us to walk out to the stones. Just be prepared for rain…it is England after all. We really enjoyed the town of Bath, but since it started pouring rain again, we hunkered down in a bar for most of the time for lunch. On a nice day there would not have been enough time for me, especially if you also plan to tour the cathedral or the Roman Bath and leave time for lunch and exploring the shops.
I did not like that there were no emergency facilities on the bus. Even though there is a stop midway, 3 hours is a long time on a bus, especially if a medical reason requires diuretics and thus use of facilities. Actually, you might want to do want we did on the way home, and forego the bus and grab the train at the Bath Spa station. It is only a 5 minutes walk from town center and goes directly into London Paddington. The train is a good option for a couple of reasons: 1. there are facilities on board the train should you need them. 2. if you want to spend more time in Bath, you can depart back to London at your leisure….just be sure and let the guide know what you plan to do.
