Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will prepare hand made Fettuccine, a tomato sauce inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as gelato, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tools that many already have in their kitchen.
Class includes appetizers, fantastic wine/beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!
The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta made from scratch and delight them with your home-made gelato.. You don't have to tell them how easy it is!

Had a super fantastic time… we wanted to take Max home with us. Chef Max was very funny and genuine and loving… super sweet!!! Had a great time cooking and enjoying his company. The best outing we have had in Italy!!!! We love you Max❤️

First cooking class of my life and can I just say, WOW, what an absolute amazingly fun experience. There were ten of us and Massimo and Peter were world class in their energy, vibe, and zest for fun. They kept everyone involved, gave individual attention, taught us the intricacies of pasta making and gelato and the reasons why you do the steps the way you do.
I cannot recommend this class enough to anyone interested in taking a cooking class. Have fun, bring your energy and they will raise it even more!

The class was wonderful. We learned how to make a delicious and authentic meal from scratch, while enjoying wine and laughter. The chef was passionate about both the food and teaching, making sure we understood each step of the process while answering all our questions about the meal and Italian cuisine in general. It was such a fun experience and I would definitely do it again.

Our night was wonderful! A small group of couples - we started by making gelato and moved on to pasta and sauce. Our host taught us about measurements and the reasoning behind each flavor added. He was truly delightful and kept us laughing along the way. It was worth the spend and I would definitely recommend for those looking to have experiences with other travelers as well.

Max was a great teacher. Making pasta was fun and I learned a lot. Gelato was fresh strawberry and very good.
