The Burj Khalifa At The Top Observation Deck Admission Ticket

The operator of At The Top should be ashamed of themselves, the attraction has been turned into a health and safety hazard waiting to happen! We had pre-purchased 5.30pm twilight tickets and arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. We were then herded like cattle for approximately the next 50 minutes. By the time we arrived “at the top”, which is only floors 124/125, nowhere near the top by the way, it was dark; so much for the extra cost of the twilight tickets! After we had moved around the perimeter, we attempted to get to a lift to exit. Again, herded like cattle for around 1 hour! Eventually, the staff realised the potentially dangerous situation and re-routed a number of us to alternative lifts. Chaos prevailed as we were taken down 1 floor, walked around the building to another lift then eventually after further waiting walked through the extremity of Atmosphere restaurant and were transported down to the Atmosphere reception where we had to wait for yet another lift. The staff ranged from good to very poor in their approach to us; the customers who pay their wages. Some staff who were prepared to engage with us were apologetic for the utter chaos and advised that they had made approaches to management about the situation but nothing had been done. The management of the attraction have clearly “over monetised” the attraction to the extreme detriment of their customers. I am furious that yesterday they risked the health and safety of my family and many others simply in order to generate more revenue, how dare they!! There only needs to be one incident that spooks such a large and compressed crowd for a very dangerous stampede to take place, which, in such a confined and controlled environment would inevitably lead to much injury or worse! Until I had guarantees that numbers have been restricted to safe and pleasurable levels, At The Top is certainly off my list of suitable attractions in Dubai.

The view is impeccable. Skip the line is worth the cost. It's best to go at night when the water shows starts.

If you like tall buildings, you will like this one also. You can view the city from the top such as buildings, sand and more buildings.

It was flawless all the way through and the views were amazing 1st time in Dubai loved every minute also enjoyed the Dubai mall

The sunset Yacht cruise was great. The yacht was modern and spacious. The crew were kind and knowledgeable as well. In my opinion 2 hours is the perfect amount of time to sail and enjoy the sites.
