Not worth it

So first of all, the trip was already off to a rough start because my daughter had been so sick the four weeks prior to the trip, was hospitalized and went to the doctor, ER, Teladoc or immediate care nine times that month. She was in no shape to travel across the world. So After nine months of planning our dream vacation, my daughter couldn't go. And we all know that with these passes, you have to do reservations for some things. So we made two reservations and the rest we're going to be just places we show up. So it was just myself and my brother because my daughter was sick at home. So most of the time it was fine, but did we get value for what we paid? Absolutely not. So when we try to go to the London eye, it was well known at the date and time that we were expected, an hour before hand, one of the tubes was having electrical issues. So we were sitting in that hot subway not moving for 40 minutes when I repeatedly attempted to move the London eye appointment and kept getting error messages. Weird. I had service but I couldn't cancel for some reason. So of course we were late and denied entry 20 minutes after the fact. We were gonna have to pay 40 bucks to see it so we said forget it. I already spent way too much money on these passes. And we left and everything was fine after. Was it worth the money? Not really. So when I got back I requested a refund for my daughters pass, I have medical and hospital documentation that she didn't even go on the trip. So they dinged all three of our cards when we supposedly didn't show up for the London eye, even though her pass was never used for anything and they gave her a no-show for the tower of London even though we obviously went. And really just the customer service was completely lackluster and it was clear they didn't give a crap. So they're willing to reimburse me like 30 bucks out of 150 after I paid them for the eye and the tower of London for her ticket. Do a real assessment of what you want to see and think about what you genuinely have time for and God help you if you need to cancel anything because they're gonna charge you and take the points off your card anyway if there's an emergency or if you get an error message and you're not able to cancel it. For us, it wasn't even close to worth the money. Live and learn. I routinely visit 6 to 10 new cities a year and I will never, ever use this service again.

I was disappointed of my all inclusive London Pass. I made reservations for one of attractions which it was included in my London Pass and had to pay😡And to make it worse , the attraction was absolutely a waste of money.
Well worth it, IF you're a good planner

We bought the 3-day pass for me, spouse and two teenagers, and can confirm it was a seemless experience and saved us a lot of money. Day 1: St. Paul's, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, then Uber boat to National Observatory in Greenwich. Day 2: Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms (not included), and London Eye. Day 3: Arsenal Stadium tour and Hop-on-Hop-off bus all day. Even if the money were break even, it was useful to not have to stand in line for admission at each venue. We estimate we saved $300.
All Inclusive pass around London

Wow! What a jam packed 3 days we've had. Myself, husband and two kids under 3 used the GoCity all inclusive pass for 3 days. First day: chessington. Loads of family friendly rides and reasonable wait times for rides. Some rides we went on twice and others like Elmer and the Trucks had an unusually long wait time. I think you'd have less wait time if you don't have to work around naps and eating at certain times. Day 2: Lego land! All of us loved it. We could have stayed for longer, the day went so fast. Plenty of parking. Pack a change of clothes if going on water ride. Day 3: we were on the Southbank and crammed in the London Eye, Aquarium and Shrek adventure. We didn't have the best weather for London Eye but we went first thing in the morning and didn't have to line up for long. Overall, the kids had a blast and we saved by using the pass with an added discount from their sale at the time of purchase. No issues with our passes. My husband scanned his phone at all entries. Would recommend to friends and would definitely do it all again, especially chessington and Lego land.
Totally worth it (if you plan how to use it)

We booked a London Pass for 7 days (2 adults, 2 children) and, after doing some quick calculations, we can confirm we saved A LOT. We were able to use it in 21 different attractions, which would have cost us 3 TIMES what we actually paid for the passes (approximately 500€ spent instead of 1500€ without the passes). The best value attractions (which can be reserved in advance, which is a plus) are the Tower Bridge, London Eye, The View from The Shard and Madame Tussaud's. Only with these 4 we would have already saved money. Besides, you are also able to pre-book some tours (Jason's Canal Boat Trip, Top Sight Tours...) which already guarantees you a spot. For the rest, if you plan it in advance and do some research, there shouldn't be any problems. For example, we went to the Tower of London at 8:30 and were in already at 9 am when it opened (being able to see the Crown Jewels without queuing), the same for St Paul's Cathedral (just waited 20 minutes until it opened and were the first to climb the dome) or went to Westminster Abbey in the afternoon (2:30 pm) as recommended and didn't have to wait a minute. For other attractions (Shakespeare's Globe, London Bridge Experience, Frameless...) we just went during lunch hours. And all this in August, when London was extremely busy with tourists like us. Again, the only tip here is good planning, which is not a big deal.
