The tour was amazing. The guide was terrible. Anna Maria talked softly and most of us could not hear her. When asked to speak louder, she repliedmove in closer because I cannot speak any louder. She should have had a microphone or speaker with earbuds for everyone. I do recommend this tour, but hopefully with another guide.

The Early Access was great. We were about 10 feet from the Yoman and were able to see the opening perfectly. As it was before public opening, there were no crowds until later. I was amazed when it started to fill up as to how many were there. The only downside was the main focus on the crown jewels. I personally had no interest and so much time was spent on that part of the tour we ran out of time for some of the rest. I would have liked the option.

Got in early at least

When we arrived at the meeting place we found a tour guide from same company but they did not have our name. After they figured out the other guide was not coming she included us in her tour. We got to go inside the tower before they opened it and the beefeater talked with us while they opened the gate. That was the end of the beefeater though. I was under the impression that we would be guided around by the beefeater but this did not occur. We did get into the crown jewels first and did not have to wait in line. Our tour guide did a good job explaining stories and history but I was a little disappointmented in the fact that it says guided tour with beefeaters and this did not happen.
