- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
- At times, despite our priority access tickets, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues
- St Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we're happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. While we endeavour to tell tour groups ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
- On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible until 1pm
- St Peter's Basilica is not accessible on the evening tours
- Avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour
- Please note that from Monday 27th of May until the end of November the Michelangelo's Pieta' in Saint Peter Basilica will not be visible due to renewal works of the opera protective glass.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Excellent Tour and Excellent Tour Guide

Our guide Oksana, met us as we arrived early and gave us lots of information about the tour, what we would see, ways to avoid traffic, etc. Once inside, she was very knowledgeable about everything we saw. Her experience gave her the ability to anticipate our questions. She was able to explain the processes the artists use and speak to their motivations (and in some cases the motivations of their patrons). An excellent tour—the time flew by!

We had a great host who was very knowledgeable. There was a lot to cover and the amount of time was limited. The initial time informing us of what to expect went on a little long which I felt could have been better spent within the museum looking at the incredible artifacts.

Expected much more from this tour as we’ve done other Viator tours in the past. Our tour guide was scattered brained and struggled with English (was an English speaking tour). Guide was very nice as a person…. But the experience seemed to be more of a tag along during her thoughts for the day than a methodical tour of the museums, chapel, and basilica. Guide name was Paula. In a word - Disappointed.
