Our tour guide was awesome. She knew quite a bit and did not rush information. I like the way she told it as a story. We felt very included not separate from the group at all.

Everything went very smoothly! We met our guide Maria with no problems. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We had headphones that worked great for hearing her with all the noise. Thank you Maria for the great job you did!!!
Beautiful but poorly run

The guide had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. She was in a rush. Gave us a choice between Raphael rooms or basilica talk We wanted both. Meeting place difficult to find. Not enough time in Sistine chapel and we were not allowed to walk around.
Bit disorganised and rushed

It was a bit of a chaotic tour. The tickets the tour guide was given by the tour company didn't work, so our group kept getting stopped and delayed at securing checkpoints. The tour guide seemed quite frazzled. The tour itself felt very rushed. You dont get a lot of time to look at exhibits due to it only being 3 hours long and there being so much to look at.
Overall, glad we did it but it was a little disorganised and rushed.
Tour guide was fairly knowledgeable but had quite a strong Italian accent so was harder to understand at points.
Worth it to skip the line but you get so much more!

Top class tour of The Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. Our guide was really friendly and her knowledge was vast. It was great to learn all the history of the papal state and the meaning behind all the frescoes and works of art.
